1. General Terms and Applicability

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the cd33 platform ("cd33", "we", "our") and its users ("you", "member"). Using the service through the cd33 website, mobile app or any other channel means you have read and accepted these terms in full.

These terms are drawn up in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and apply to all members using the service from within Bangladesh. cd33 reserves the right to modify, temporarily suspend or permanently shut down any part of the platform at any time without prior notice.

The cd33 platform includes sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games and other entertainment gaming services. These general terms apply to each service, and where additional rules exist for a specific service, those rules are also effective alongside these terms.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Single Account Policy

A maximum of one cd33 account is permitted per person, household, IP address or device. Attempting to create multiple accounts is considered a violation of platform rules and immediate action may be taken.

2.2 Providing Accurate Information at Registration

You must provide accurate and complete personal information at the time of registration — full name, correct date of birth, a valid mobile number and email address. Providing false or misleading information may create complications during the verification process and may result in account suspension if necessary.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login details confidential. You are responsible for everything that happens through your account — giving a third party access to your account is strictly prohibited. If you notice any suspicious activity, notify the support team immediately.

Use of a cd33 account is limited to personal entertainment purposes. Betting for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

3. Age Limit and Identity Verification

The minimum age to use all gaming and betting services on cd33 is 21 years (21+). Persons below the age limit are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using the service.

cd33 may at any time request the necessary documents to verify a member's age and identity. Verification typically requires a National Identity Card (NID) or passport. If verification is not completed within the specified time, the account's activities may be temporarily restricted.

For withdrawal requests, additional verification may be required as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. The relevant funds may be held until this process is completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on cd33 is ৳200. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank). Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used; deposits through third parties are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount from cd33 is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise specified.

Where applicable, funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met. The original deposited amount can be withdrawn at any time, but doing so may cancel the active bonus.

4.3 Fund Security

All transactions on the cd33 platform are secured with SSL encryption technology. If suspicious financial activity is detected, cd33 reserves the right to hold the withdrawal process until verification is completed.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on cd33 can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳15,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳3,000; the wagering requirement on this bonus is ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000. The bonus amount can be withdrawn after wagering 25 times the bonus amount.

5.2 General Terms for Bonus Use

• Each member may claim a specific bonus offer only the designated number of times.
• Bonus funds can only be used for betting on the cd33 platform; bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly.
• If the deposit is withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, the associated bonus will be considered void.
• cd33 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.
• Using multiple accounts or different identities to claim bonus benefits is strictly prohibited.

5.3 VIP Cashback

Under the cd33 VIP programme, weekly cashback is provided as a set percentage of that week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). Cashback is added to the account automatically. Example: a Gold member with a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week receives ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

A bet is considered valid only after it has been successfully processed. If a bet is not completed due to a technical error, loss of internet connection or server issue, it will be considered void and the stake will be returned.

6.2 Erroneous Odds and Results

cd33 reserves the right to cancel bets placed based on clearly incorrect odds or information. Bets will be settled only after the result of an event has been officially confirmed. In the case of disputed results, cd33's decision is final.

6.3 Live Betting

Odds in live betting may change at any moment. A bet is not confirmed until it has been finally accepted. cd33 reserves the right to stop accepting bets on specific events in the live betting section at any time.

6.4 Slots and Casino Games

The slots and live casino games on cd33 are operated using certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which ensures that the outcome of each game is independent and not predetermined. RTP information for each game is available on the relevant game page.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cd33 platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to unfairly claim bonus benefits.
• Conducting betting activity using automated software, bots or scripts.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using an account for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Betting on behalf of a third party or managing another person's account.
• Harassing, threatening or behaving in an abusive manner toward cd33 staff or other members.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Action by cd33

If any breach of these terms occurs, cd33 may temporarily suspend or permanently close a member's account without prior notice. In cases of serious violation, the funds in the account may be forfeited.

8.2 Closure at the Member's Own Request

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Before the account is closed, all ongoing bets will be settled and funds will be returned where applicable.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

As part of responsible gaming, cd33 provides a self-exclusion facility. If you wish to exclude yourself from the platform for a set period or permanently, contact the support team.

9. Responsible Gaming

cd33 takes responsible gaming very seriously. Gaming is a form of entertainment — it should not be viewed as a source of income. We ask members to bet within their financial means and never to bet more in an attempt to recover losses.

cd33 reserves the right to change, revise or update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform.
